FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Are the tulips a drive-thru or a walk-thru this year?
A: Tulips will be a walk-thru.

Q: What is your mask policy?
A: Masks will be required during check-in/check-out,  while standing in line for food/drink and when 6ft of social distancing can not be maintained.

Q: How do I purchase tickets?
A: Tickets can be purchased through the Ticketleap link on our homepage when they become available.

Q: How much is it to see the tulips this year.
A: $12 per person(plus NJ Sales Tax and fees).

Q: Will there be food available?
A: Weekends(Saturday/Sunday) will feature a food and beer garden by the Red Hen of Swedesboro, wine tasting and sales by Wagonhouse Winery, and other vendors.

Q: What is your weather policy?
A; We are open rain or shine, in the event we need to cancel for severe weather all tickets will be automatically refunded to your original method of purchase.  We do not have the ability to change your time due to limited ticket sales.

Q: Why is there a time limit on my ticket?
A: The time-slots are designed to monitor and control traffic flow.

Q: My ticket has a two hour time slot.  When do I check-in?
A: We ask that you arrive shortly before or at your ticketed time.

Q: Can I change the time of my ticket?
A: Once the ticket is purchased, you can not change your entry time.  We are limiting guests and may not be able to guarantee entrance at another time alot.  Tickets will become invalid and not be able to be redeemed once the purchased session ends.

Q: Can I pick tulips?
A: Yes you may pick your own tulips for $1 per stem.

Q: Do you allow professional photography?
A: Yes, please review our photo policy HERE

Q: Do you have handicap parking and accessibility?
A: We do have an area designated for handicap parking.  We also have the ability pick you up from the parking lot in one of our Utility Vehicles.

Q: Will you have your honey available? 
A: Honey will be available.

Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: We do not allow pets on the property.

Q: Are there bathrooms on site?
A: There are several port-o-johns located around the farm.

Q: Is smoking allowed.
A: It is an outdoor event and people are allowed to smoke. We ask that you take your cigarette butts with you and please keep the farm beautiful.
